Provide exceptional care to adult patients in an acute care setting.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong background in telemetry to monitor and interpret patient data.<\/p>\n
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient progress and report any changes or concerns to medical team.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.<\/p>\n
Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate and provide emotional support to patients and their families.<\/p>\n

Certification In Adult Acute Care Medicine And Telemetry (E.g. Ccrn, Cmsrn)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Acute Care Medicine, Preferably With Experience In Telemetry Monitoring<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Clinical Assessment And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently In A Fast-Paced Environment.<\/p>\n
