Providing direct patient care: The RN will be responsible for providing direct care to adult patients with acute medical conditions, including performing assessments, administering medications, and implementing treatment plans.<\/p>\n
Utilizing telemetry expertise: The RN will be required to have a strong understanding of telemetry monitoring and be able to utilize this skill in the care of patients on the Adult Acute Care Medicine unit.<\/p>\n
Maintaining accurate records: The RN will be responsible for accurately documenting patient information, including assessments, interventions, and responses to treatment.<\/p>\n
Collaborating with healthcare team: The RN will work closely with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Educating patients and families: The RN will be responsible for educating patients and their families about their condition, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Ensuring patient safety: The RN will be responsible for adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.<\/p>\n
Adhering to healthcare regulations: The RN will be responsible for following all healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Providing emotional support: The RN will be responsible for providing emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times, showing compassion and empathy.<\/p>\n
Participating in quality improvement initiatives: The RN will be expected to actively participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Acute Care Medicine With Telemetry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Of Connecticut.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
