Assist in surgical procedures by preparing and organizing surgical equipment and supplies.<\/p>\n
Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other healthcare team members during procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room by following proper infection control protocols.<\/p>\n
Prepare patients for surgery by ensuring they are comfortable and informed about the procedure.<\/p>\n
Monitor patients during surgery and communicate any changes or concerns to the surgical team.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for patients.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Certified Surgical Technologist (Cst) Certification From The National Board Of Surgical Technology And Surgical Assisting (Nbstsa)<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience As A Surgical Technologist In A Hospital Setting<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Proficiency In A Variety Of Surgical Procedures, Including General, Orthopedic, Neurosurgery, And Cardiovascular Surgeries<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Organizational And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Environment<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
