Provide exceptional care to patients with cardiac conditions, utilizing advanced nursing knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patients’ cardiac status, including vital signs, lab values, and diagnostic test results.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatments, and self-care management.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.<\/p>\n
Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patients’ conditions.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, as well as professional nursing standards.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.<\/p>\n

Strong Clinical Skills In Managing Acute And Chronic Cardiac Conditions, Including Ability To Interpret Ekgs And Administer Cardiac Medications.<\/p>\n
