Provide compassionate and dedicated care to patients with heart and vascular conditions, specifically stroke.<\/p>\n
Utilize expertise and skills to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex needs.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a deep understanding of heart and vascular conditions, specifically stroke, and stay up-to-date on the latest treatment methods and techniques.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive and individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, administer medications and treatments, and provide education and support to patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital and industry guidelines and protocols for patient safety and infection control.<\/p>\n
Act as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Serve as a role model for excellence in patient care and uphold the organization’s commitment to providing the highest quality of care.<\/p>\n
Effectively communicate and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Connecticut.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Cardiac Or Stroke Unit.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification In Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls) And Basic Life Support (Bls).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Understanding Of Evidence-Based Practice And Current Guidelines For Stroke And Heart Disease Management.<\/p>\n
