Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing: A Rn-Medicine Cel 4 At Yale New Haven Health System Requires A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Active Rn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid And Current Rn License From The State Of Connecticut.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Medicine: Candidates Must Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience Working As A Rn In Adult Medicine, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Cpr Certification: All Candidates Must Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Cardiovascular Life Support (Acls).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills: As A Rn-Medicine Cel 4, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Patients, Families, And Interdisciplinary Teams, As Well As Make Critical Decisions In Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Situations.
