  1. Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients with medical conditions, including but not limited to, heart failure, COPD, pneumonia, and other complex medical conditions.<\/li>\n
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients.<\/li>\n
  3. Assess and monitor patient’s physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.<\/li>\n
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and accurately document all patient information in electronic medical records.<\/li>\n
  5. Utilize critical thinking skills to anticipate and address potential complications or changes in patient’s condition.<\/li>\n
  6. Advocate for patient needs and ensure that their preferences and values are taken into consideration in the care plan.<\/li>\n
  7. Maintain infection control standards and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff, and visitors.<\/li>\n
  8. Provide education to patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.<\/li>\n
  9. Participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance nursing skills and knowledge.<\/li>\n
  10. Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.<\/li>\n
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative working relationship with interdisciplinary team members to promote a supportive and effective work environment.<\/li>\n
  12. Demonstrate professionalism and ethical behavior at all times, and adhere to the ANA Code of Ethics.<\/li>\n
