Provide exceptional care to patients in the Med\/Surg unit at Yale New Haven Health System.<\/p>\n
Receive specialized training in the Med\/Surg unit to enhance skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient’s condition and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare providers.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Higher: A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Is Required For This Position. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Strong Foundation In Nursing Theory And Practice.<\/p>\n

Current Rn License: All Applicants Must Have A Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Connecticut. This Ensures That The Candidate Is Qualified To Practice As A Registered Nurse.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Med\/Surg: Candidates Must Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Med\/Surg Unit As A Registered Nurse. This Experience Demonstrates The Candidate’s Knowledge And Skills In Providing Care For Patients With A Variety Of Medical And Surgical Conditions.<\/p>\n

Bls And Acls Certification: Candidates Must Have Current Bls (Basic Life Support) And Acls (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) Certifications. These Certifications Are Essential For Providing Emergency Care To Patients In A Med\/Surg Unit.<\/p>\n
