Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in the Medical Surgical\/Telemetry unit.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient’s condition, including vital signs, medication administration, and response to treatment.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care and patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all established policies, procedures, and protocols to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.<\/p>\n
Document all patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring they receive the highest quality care.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Current And Unrestricted Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of Connecticut.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Bls And Acls Certifications From The American Heart Association.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Medical-Surgical\/Telemetry Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practice In Medical-Surgical And Telemetry Nursing.<\/p>\n
