Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.<\/p>\n

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on their condition, treatment options, and self-care strategies.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.<\/p>\n
