Provide compassionate and high-quality nursing care to patients in the Adult Acute Care Medicine and Telemetry units.<\/p>\n
Utilize advanced skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.<\/p>\n
Monitor and document patients’ progress and response to treatments, medications, and interventions.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality.<\/p>\n
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and healing environment for patients.<\/p>\n
Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training opportunities.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that patients’ rights and preferences are respected.<\/p>\n

Current Bls And Acls Certifications.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In An Adult Acute Care Medicine Setting With Telemetry Experience.<\/p>\n
