Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients with complex medical needs in the Medical Oncology, Sickle Cell, and Tele Unit.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.<\/p>\n
Assess and monitor patient’s physical and emotional well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensure accurate documentation of all interventions.<\/p>\n
