  1. Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.<\/li>\n
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/li>\n
  3. Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs and lab results, and report any changes or concerns to the physician.<\/li>\n
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.<\/li>\n
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.<\/li>\n
  6. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care in electronic medical records.<\/li>\n
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.<\/li>\n
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote efficient and effective patient care.<\/li>\n
  9. Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in healthcare.<\/li>\n
  10. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during challenging times.<\/li>\n
  11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and promote a positive work environment.<\/li>\n
  12. Serve as a patient advocate and ensure that their needs and preferences are considered in the care plan.<\/li>\n
  13. Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and patient rights.<\/li>\n
  14. Continuously assess and evaluate the quality of care provided and make recommendations for improvement.<\/li>\n
