Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Medical Technology.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Facility.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification As A Clinical Technologist Or Technician From A Recognized Organization, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Laboratory Procedures, And Equipment Used In Clinical Testing And Analysis.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team And Communicate With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff.<\/p>\n
