Perform CT scans on patients using advanced equipment and techniques.<\/p>\n
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout the scanning process.<\/p>\n
Review and assess patient medical history to determine appropriate scan procedure.<\/p>\n
Communicate with patients and medical staff to explain scan procedures and address any concerns.<\/p>\n
Operate and maintain CT equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety protocols are followed.<\/p>\n
Monitor patient vital signs and respond to any adverse reactions or emergencies during scans.<\/p>\n
Assist in the development and implementation of new imaging protocols and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient scans and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with radiologists and other medical professionals to interpret and analyze scan results.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of imaging services.<\/p>\n
Stay current with industry developments and advancements in CT technology.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor new CT technologists.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with patients and colleagues.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve patient care and departmental processes.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current Ct Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Ct Imaging.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Radiology Equipment And Procedures, Including Contrast Administration.<\/p>\n
