Provide exceptional care to newborns in the Neonatal ICU.<\/p>\n
Utilize clinical skills and expertise to assess and treat newborns.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate the progress of newborns and adjust care as needed.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients and their families to educate and support them throughout their stay in the Neonatal ICU.<\/p>\n
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients and their families.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic medical records.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.<\/p>\n
Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.<\/p>\n
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input and recommendations for patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor at all times.<\/p>\n
Report any concerns or changes in patient status to the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current Rn License In The State Of Connecticut.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Certification As A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (Nnp) Or Neonatal Clinical Nurse Specialist (Cns).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Neonatal Icu Setting.<\/p>\n
