Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care to a diverse population in the Adult Acute Care Medicine unit with Telemetry.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to assess and manage patient needs.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Monitor and interpret telemetry readings to identify any changes in patient condition and take appropriate actions.<\/p>\n
Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical care.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.<\/p>\n

Valid Rn License In The State Of Connecticut.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Acute Care Medicine And Telemetry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And High-Pressure Environment While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Excellent Patient Care.<\/p>\n
