Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to critically ill patients in the Medical Intensive Care Unit.<\/p>\n
Utilize expertise in critical care to effectively assess and monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary interventions.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and promote patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Stay current on best practices and advancements in critical care nursing through ongoing education and training.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during the course of care.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based nursing protocols.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development by seeking out opportunities for advancement and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing Or Equivalent Education And Experience.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Critical Care Or Step-Down Unit.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Advanced Cardiac And Respiratory Care, As Well As The Ability To Interpret And Manage Complex Patient Conditions.<\/p>\n
