Provide exceptional care to patients in the Cardiac ICU, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients with complex cardiac conditions.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical exams and review of medical history, to determine appropriate care.<\/p>\n
Monitor and interpret patient data, including vital signs, lab results, and diagnostic tests, to identify any changes in condition and adjust care accordingly.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise treatment plans based on patient progress and response to treatment.<\/p>\n
Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic medical records.<\/p>\n
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices and advancements in cardiac care.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to quickly assess and respond to emergency situations.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Cardiac Icu Setting.<\/p>\n
