Provide exceptional care to patients with a focus on stroke care.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong clinical knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for stroke patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.<\/p>\n
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families on stroke prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their rights are respected.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.<\/p>\n
Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.<\/p>\n
Participate in staff meetings, training, and educational programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n

Active Registered Nurse License In The State Of Connecticut: To Work As A Registered Nurse In The State Of Connecticut, A Valid And Active License Is Required. This Demonstrates That The Candidate Has Met The State’s Requirements For Education And Competency In Nursing.<\/p>\n
