Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients undergoing orthopedic and spine procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor patients’ condition and response to treatments, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.<\/p>\n
Assess and document patients’ medical history, medications, and vital signs, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, and ensure safe and accurate medication administration.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatments, and self-care strategies.<\/p>\n
Perform and assist with various procedures and treatments, such as wound care, post-operative care, and pain management.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain patient safety and comfort, and promptly address any patient concerns or needs.<\/p>\n
Utilize critical thinking skills to identify and respond to changes in patients’ conditions, and initiate appropriate interventions.<\/p>\n
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, and maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times.<\/p>\n
Act as a patient advocate, promoting their rights and ensuring they receive high-quality care.<\/p>\n
Participate in continuous education and training to maintain and enhance knowledge and skills in orthopedics and spine care.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Orthopedics And\/Or Spine Nursing<\/p>\n

Advanced Certification In Orthopedic Nursing (Onc) Or Spine Care Nursing (Scn)<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge Of Orthopedic And Spine Procedures, Treatments, And Equipment, As Well As Experience With Patient Education And Rehabilitation Programs.<\/p>\n
