Provide high-quality and compassionate nursing care to patients in the Adult Medicine department of Yale New Haven Health System.<\/p>\n
Utilize expert knowledge and skills to monitor and assess patients in the Telemetry unit, including identifying changes in patient condition and responding appropriately.<\/p>\n
Collaborate and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and protocols of the health system, as well as standards of care and ethical principles.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development through participation in educational opportunities and staying current on best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.<\/p>\n
Advocate for patients and their families, promoting their rights, dignity, and well-being at all times.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Adult Medicine, Preferably In A Telemetry Unit.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Practices In Adult Medicine And Telemetry Care.<\/p>\n
