Provide compassionate care to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean patient care environment.<\/p>\n
Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.<\/p>\n
Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions to healthcare team.<\/p>\n
Administer basic patient care procedures, such as taking vital signs and collecting specimens.<\/p>\n
Ensure patient comfort and address their needs and concerns.<\/p>\n
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.<\/p>\n
Document patient interactions and procedures accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing training and educational opportunities to maintain and improve skills.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate and ensure patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n
