Lead and drive the M&A strategy for Honeywell, in alignment with the company’s overall growth objectives.<\/p>\n
Identify and evaluate potential M&A opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough and comprehensive due diligence on potential M&A targets to assess their financial, operational, and cultural fit with Honeywell.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential M&A targets, investment bankers, and other key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage all aspects of the M&A process, including deal sourcing, negotiation, and closing.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and human resources, to ensure smooth integration of acquired companies.<\/p>\n
Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on potential M&A opportunities and their potential impact on the company.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to identify potential M&A opportunities and inform decision-making.<\/p>\n
