Drive product strategy and roadmap for the position sensor product line, in alignment with overall company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends, and use this information to develop product concepts and strategies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product launches and market penetration.<\/p>\n
Develop and manage product budgets, including forecasting and tracking expenses.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze product performance and market trends, and use this information to make data-driven decisions for product improvements and enhancements.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners to understand their needs and gather feedback on product performance.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of product managers and other support staff to ensure effective execution of product strategies.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert on sensor technologies and use this knowledge to guide product development and improvements.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product positioning and messaging strategies.<\/p>\n
Communicate product updates and developments to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives.<\/p>\n
Stay informed about industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and launch of new products.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Mba Is Preferred.<\/p>\n

Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Launching Complex Products From Concept To Market.<\/p>\n

Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Position Sensing Technology, Including Various Sensing Methods And Applications.<\/p>\n
