Develop and implement financial strategies and plans for the Electronic Solutions (ES) division in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage the FP&A team, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial analysis and reporting.<\/p>\n
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement and drive business growth.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial initiatives and strategies.<\/p>\n
Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership, presenting key insights and recommendations to drive decision-making.<\/p>\n
Monitor and evaluate financial performance against targets, identifying risks and opportunities and providing actionable recommendations.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, incorporating them into financial planning and analysis.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.<\/p>\n
Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the FP&A function to streamline operations and improve accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
7+ Years Of Experience In Finance, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Role.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Including Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Modeling.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Strategic Insights And Recommendations Based On Financial Data.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Senior Management.<\/p>\n
