Develop and implement strategic plans for treasury operations in the Americas region in alignment with the overall business objectives of Honeywell.<\/p>\n
Oversee and manage the day-to-day treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, funding, investment, and risk management.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to treasury operations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the treasury function.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze financial market trends and economic conditions to inform decision-making and optimize treasury operations.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external partners to support treasury operations and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain treasury policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient treasury operations.<\/p>\n
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.<\/p>\n
Prepare and present regular reports and analysis on treasury operations to senior management and key stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify and mitigate financial risks through the implementation of robust controls and risk management practices.<\/p>\n
