Develop and execute verification and validation plans and procedures for new and existing products.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet performance, quality, and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Conduct testing and analysis to identify and troubleshoot issues and ensure product reliability.<\/p>\n
Review and analyze product requirements and specifications to ensure they are testable and verifiable.<\/p>\n
Document and communicate test results and provide recommendations for product improvements.<\/p>\n
Utilize advanced engineering skills and techniques to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve verification and validation processes.<\/p>\n
Mentor and train team members on best practices for verification and validation.<\/p>\n
Work closely with project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, during all stages of product development.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure successful integration and testing of components.<\/p>\n
Participate in design reviews and provide technical expertise to support product development.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve verification and validation processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Support the development of new testing methodologies and tools to enhance testing capabilities.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and organized records of all testing and validation activities.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and address any issues or concerns.<\/p>\n
Adhere to strict safety protocols while conducting testing and handling sensitive equipment.<\/p>\n
Lead or participate in cross-functional project teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.<\/p>\n
Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.<\/p>\n
Act as a subject matter expert in verification and validation for the department and provide guidance to other team members as needed.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Or A Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Verification And Validation Within The Engineering Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Test Methodologies And Tools, Such As Do-178C, Do-254, And Model-Based Design.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Systems.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Demonstrated Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams To Achieve Project Goals.<\/p>\n
