Develop and implement strategic plans for the company’s enterprise performance management systems, in alignment with overall business objectives.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of EPM systems across the organization.<\/p>\n
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in EPM processes and systems, identifying areas for optimization and implementing solutions to enhance business performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective EPM solutions.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to EPM systems.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to stay updated on the latest EPM tools and technologies.<\/p>\n
