Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.<\/p>\n
Maintain the general ledger by recording and reconciling financial data.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze the company’s financial activities to identify and resolve any discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and information for financial decision making.<\/p>\n
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.<\/p>\n
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve any accounting issues.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.<\/p>\n
Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed.<\/p>\n
