Provide direct patient care in the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) following evidence-based practices and established protocols.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patients’ conditions, including vital signs, lab values, and response to treatments.<\/p>\n
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, providing education and support as needed.<\/p>\n
Utilize critical thinking skills to make sound clinical judgments and prioritize care in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.<\/p>\n
Respond to emergency situations and provide prompt and appropriate interventions.<\/p>\n
Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.<\/p>\n
Stay current with advancements in the field of critical care nursing and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations.<\/p>\n
Serve as a professional role model and mentor to new nursing staff and students.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Nursing (Bsn) From An Accredited Program.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In An Acute Care Setting, Preferably In A Medical Intensive Care Unit (Micu).<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
