Manage all aspects of contract management, from negotiation to execution, for the company.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all contracts.<\/p>\n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to facilitate successful contract negotiations.<\/p>\n
Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and sales, to ensure contract terms are aligned with business objectives.<\/p>\n
Monitor contract performance and track key milestones to ensure timely delivery of products or services.<\/p>\n
Serve as the main point of contact for all contract-related inquiries and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline contract management processes.<\/p>\n
