Monitor and track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with department managers and staff to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.<\/p>\n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to sterile processing and central supply operations.<\/p>\n
Participate in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly inspected, maintained, and documented.<\/p>\n
Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for any quality incidents.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Sterile Processing And Distribution, With At Least 1 Year In A Leadership Or Quality Assurance Role.<\/p>\n
