Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with lymphoma myeloma, utilizing advanced nursing knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with complex and challenging diseases.<\/p>\n
Administer and monitor specialized treatments and medications, ensuring safe and effective delivery.<\/p>\n
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patients’ physical and emotional well-being, identifying and addressing any changes or concerns.<\/p>\n
Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly, following hospital and regulatory guidelines.<\/p>\n
Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date on advancements in oncology nursing to provide the best possible care to patients.<\/p>\n
Serve as a resource and mentor to other nursing staff, sharing knowledge and expertise in lymphoma myeloma care.<\/p>\n
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with data collection and analysis to improve patient outcomes.<\/p>\n

Current Rn Licensure In The State Of Ohio<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Acute Care, Preferably In Oncology Or Hematology<\/p>\n

Advanced Certification In Oncology Nursing, Such As Ocn Or Aocn<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Knowledge And Experience In Caring For Patients With Lymphoma And Myeloma, Including Chemotherapy Administration And Management Of Treatment-Related Side Effects<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Ability To Work Collaboratively With A Multidisciplinary Team, Including Physicians, Pharmacists, And Other Healthcare Professionals, To Provide Comprehensive Care For Patients With Complex Medical Needs.<\/p>\n
