Provide exceptional patient care in accordance with Cleveland Clinic’s standards and policies.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for critically ill patients.<\/p>\n
Monitor and assess patient status, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures in the ICU setting.<\/p>\n
Utilize advanced technology and treatments to provide the highest level of care to patients.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient care and progress.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on the latest advancements in critical care nursing.<\/p>\n
Serve as a patient advocate, addressing any concerns or needs and promoting patient satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.<\/p>\n

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) Certification.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Critical Care Registered Nurse (Ccrn) Certification Preferred.<\/p>\n

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Setting.<\/p>\n
