Provide world-class care to patients: The primary responsibility of the LPN in this role is to ensure that patients receive top-quality care and service at all times. This includes providing personalized and comprehensive medical care, as well as promoting health and wellness.<\/p>\n
Work with a diverse population of high-level professionals and executives: The LPN will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients, including high-level professionals and executives. It will be their responsibility to provide these individuals with the utmost care and attention, making sure to address their specific health needs and concerns.<\/p>\n
Deliver exceptional patient experiences: The LPN will be expected to provide patients with exceptional experiences from the moment they enter the clinic. This may include greeting them warmly, ensuring their comfort, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Executive Health team: The LPN will work closely with other members of the Executive Health team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals. It will be their responsibility to communicate effectively and collaborate with the team to ensure the best possible care for patients.<\/p>\n
Uphold the mission and values of the Cleveland Clinic: It will be the LPN’s responsibility to understand and uphold the mission and values of the Cleveland Clinic, including providing world-class care and promoting a culture of excellence and compassion.<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records: The LPN will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential patient records, including updating medical charts and documenting patient interactions and treatments.<\/p>\n
Assist with medical procedures and treatments: The LPN will assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures and treatments as needed. This may include administering medications, taking vital signs, and providing patient education.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all healthcare regulations and guidelines: The LPN will be responsible for adhering to all healthcare regulations and guidelines, including those set by the Cleveland Clinic and governing bodies such as the state board of nursing.<\/p>\n
Participate in ongoing education and training: The LPN<\/p>\n
