Provide skilled and compassionate occupational therapy services to patients with various conditions, including but not limited to neurological, musculoskeletal, and orthopedic disorders<\/p>\n
Create individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of therapists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high-quality care and professional development<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on the latest developments and research in the field of occupational therapy to continually improve and enhance patient care<\/p>\n
Document patient progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care<\/p>\n
Adhere to ethical and professional standards, as well as clinic policies and procedures<\/p>\n
Participate in regular team meetings and collaborate with other therapists to develop and implement best practices and treatment protocols<\/p>\n
Contribute to the growth and success of the clinic by actively participating in marketing initiatives and community outreach events<\/p>\n
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions in a timely and professional manner<\/p>\n
Maintain a safe and clean treatment environment and ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience As An Occupational Therapist Or Physical Therapist, Preferably In A Hospital Or Clinical Setting.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Current License To Practice As An Occupational Therapist Or Physical Therapist In The State Of Ohio.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Treating A Wide Range Of Conditions And Injuries, Including Neurological, Orthopedic, And Musculoskeletal Disorders.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Manage A Team Of Therapists, Including Providing Guidance And Mentoring To Junior Therapists.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Develop And Implement Individualized Treatment Plans.<\/p>\n
