Process and manage global payroll operations for Honeywell, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.<\/p>\n
Serve as a subject matter expert on payroll regulations, best practices, and industry trends, keeping up-to-date with any changes and recommending updates to processes and procedures as needed.<\/p>\n
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and verify payroll data, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure seamless integration with other HR and finance systems.<\/p>\n
Analyze and audit payroll data to identify and resolve any errors or inconsistencies, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HR, finance, and third-party vendors, to ensure smooth and efficient payroll processing.<\/p>\n
