Utilize advanced engineering principles to overcome complex design challenges.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet product requirements.<\/p>\n
Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in mechanical design.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test plans.<\/p>\n
Conduct thorough design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design.<\/p>\n
Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and modify designs.<\/p>\n
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and design team members.<\/p>\n
Identify and troubleshoot potential design issues and provide effective solutions.<\/p>\n
Continuously evaluate and improve design processes to increase efficiency and quality.<\/p>\n
Maintain compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with external suppliers to source necessary components and materials.<\/p>\n
Take ownership of project timelines and deliver designs within designated deadlines.<\/p>\n
Communicate progress and updates to project managers and stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Mechanical Design And Engineering, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proficiency In Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Catia, And Experience With Finite Element Analysis (Fea) Tools<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Asme And Mil-Std, For Mechanical Design And Manufacturing<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With A Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Developing Complex Mechanical Systems And Components.<\/p>\n
