Oversee and manage daily operations of the retail store.<\/p>\n
Train and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service.<\/p>\n
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.<\/p>\n
Lead by example and set high standards for customer service and sales.<\/p>\n
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability.<\/p>\n
Create and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and increase profitability.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other store supervisors and management to ensure consistency across all stores.<\/p>\n
Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.<\/p>\n
Ensure store appearance and merchandising meets company standards.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, security, and loss prevention.<\/p>\n
Maintain and analyze sales reports to identify areas of improvement.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with upper management and provide regular updates on store performance.<\/p>\n
Stay updated on industry trends and provide suggestions for new products and services.<\/p>\n
