Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the store, representing the Under Armor brand and its values.<\/p>\n
Utilize knowledge of Under Armor products to provide exceptional customer service and sales assistance to customers in the footwear department.<\/p>\n
Act as a role model for other associates by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.<\/p>\n
Train and coach new associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.<\/p>\n
Set and maintain high standards for store appearance, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization in the footwear department.<\/p>\n
Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking and replenishment of products.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.<\/p>\n
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store goals.<\/p>\n
Lead by example by actively engaging with customers, providing product recommendations, and promoting the Under Armor brand.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs in order to make informed sales and customer service decisions.<\/p>\n
Provide regular feedback to management on customer interactions, product performance, and team performance.<\/p>\n
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay informed on company updates, new products, and sales techniques.<\/p>\n
Actively seek opportunities to improve sales and customer service processes, suggesting ideas and implementing changes as needed.<\/p>\n
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store and the Under Armor brand.<\/p>\n
