Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting Under Armour products.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Under Armour products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and make product recommendations.<\/p>\n
Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring merchandise is displayed in an organized and visually appealing manner.<\/p>\n
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.<\/p>\n
Act as a role model for the rest of the sales team by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent sales skills.<\/p>\n
Help to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.<\/p>\n
Proactively seek out opportunities to improve sales and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
Assist in training and coaching new sales associates to ensure they are knowledgeable about Under Armour products and sales techniques.<\/p>\n
Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the business.<\/p>\n
Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions.<\/p>\n
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding sales, customer service, and inventory management.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the store manager and other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through self-learning and training opportunities.<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.<\/p>\n
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.<\/p>\n
Uphold the Under Armour brand and represent it positively to customers.<\/p>\n
Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the store.<\/p>\n
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture by fostering teamwork and cooperation among team members.<\/p>\n
Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the store manager.<\/p>\n

Prior Retail Sales Experience: A Successful Sales Keyholder Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Goals In A Retail Environment.<\/p>\n

Excellent Customer Service Skills: This Position Requires Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis, So Strong Communication And Problem-Solving Skills Are Essential.<\/p>\n

Leadership Abilities: As A Keyholder, This Role Will Require Providing Guidance And Support To Other Team Members, As Well As Taking On Additional Responsibilities In The Absence Of A Store Manager.<\/p>\n
