Drive Sales: The primary responsibility of the Sales Keyholder will be to drive sales at our retail location. This includes meeting and exceeding sales goals, upselling products, and maximizing every customer interaction.<\/p>\n
Provide Exceptional Customer Service: As a representative of Under Armour, the Sales Keyholder will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to all customers. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and creating a positive shopping experience.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate Product Knowledge: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for having a thorough understanding of all Under Armour products and being able to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.<\/p>\n
Act as a Brand Ambassador: Under Armour is a well-known and respected brand in the athletic industry, and the Sales Keyholder will be expected to act as a brand ambassador. This includes embodying the brand’s values and promoting a positive image of the company.<\/p>\n
Assist with Store Operations: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for assisting with store operations, such as restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.<\/p>\n
Train and Mentor Sales Associates: The Sales Keyholder will be responsible for training and mentoring new sales associates, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their role.<\/p>\n
Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: To be successful in this role, the Sales Keyholder must stay current on industry trends and new product releases. This will allow them to make informed recommendations to customers and stay ahead of the competition.<\/p>\n
