Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, including greeting and assisting them in finding the right products.<\/p>\n
Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the store, including restocking merchandise and keeping the sales floor clean and tidy.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote brand loyalty and increase sales.<\/p>\n
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the company’s products, including features, benefits, and uses, in order to effectively sell to customers.<\/p>\n
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.<\/p>\n
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the athletic apparel and gear industry to provide accurate and informed recommendations to customers.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment, promoting teamwork and a strong work ethic.<\/p>\n
Participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.<\/p>\n
Utilize company tools and technology to efficiently process transactions and track sales.<\/p>\n
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to cash handling, inventory control, and loss prevention measures.<\/p>\n
Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve sales and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n
