Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and team scheduling.<\/p>\n
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all customers by training and coaching team members on company policies and procedures.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.<\/p>\n
Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve individual and store sales targets.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.<\/p>\n
Train and develop team members on product knowledge and brand messaging.<\/p>\n
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.<\/p>\n
Assist with recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure store objectives are met.<\/p>\n
