Develop and implement talent development programs to support the growth and development of employees.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with various departments to identify training and development needs and create targeted solutions.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent development.<\/p>\n
Utilize various learning methods, such as workshops, e-learning, and on-the-job training, to develop and deliver effective training programs.<\/p>\n
Evaluate the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.<\/p>\n
Support the design and execution of performance management systems to monitor employee progress and development.<\/p>\n
Assist with the creation and maintenance of training materials and resources.<\/p>\n
