Oversee daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.<\/p>\n
Train and lead a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help them achieve their goals and meet performance expectations.<\/p>\n
Foster a positive and customer-focused environment by ensuring exceptional customer service is consistently provided by all team members.<\/p>\n
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets, utilizing knowledge of retail trends and customer preferences.<\/p>\n
Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify areas for improvement and create action plans to increase sales and profitability.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security guidelines.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve team members’ skills and performance.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other store supervisors and management to share best practices, ideas, and resources to achieve overall company goals.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong knowledge of the brand and product offerings to effectively assist customers and provide product recommendations.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting.<\/p>\n
