Assist with onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and conducting orientation sessions.<\/p>\n
Conduct research and compile data for various HR projects and initiatives.<\/p>\n
Assist with updating and maintaining employee records and databases.<\/p>\n
Respond to employee inquiries and provide support for HR-related issues.<\/p>\n
Help coordinate and plan company events and activities.<\/p>\n
Assist with performance management processes, such as performance evaluations and goal-setting.<\/p>\n
Participate in meetings and trainings to learn about HR policies and best practices.<\/p>\n
Help create and distribute HR communications and materials.<\/p>\n
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with other team members to improve HR processes and procedures.<\/p>\n
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.<\/p>\n
Conduct exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures.<\/p>\n
Perform administrative tasks, such as filing, copying, and organizing HR documents.<\/p>\n
Continuously learn about HR trends and developments to contribute fresh ideas to the team.<\/p>\n
