Develop and execute strategic store design and development plans for all Under Armour retail locations worldwide.<\/p>\n
Lead and manage a team of designers and project managers, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration and communication.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor strategies to inform store design decisions.<\/p>\n
Oversee the entire store design and development process, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and consistency across all retail locations.<\/p>\n
Act as the main point of contact for all store design and development projects, providing updates and progress reports to senior management.<\/p>\n
Continuously review and improve store design processes and procedures, implementing best practices and innovative ideas.<\/p>\n
Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the store design team, encouraging them to push boundaries and think outside the box.<\/p>\n
Maintain a strong understanding of the Under Armour brand and its values, ensuring all store designs align with the company’s mission and vision.<\/p>\n
Ensure all store designs meet functional and practical requirements, while also creating exceptional customer experiences.<\/p>\n
Monitor and manage store design budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.<\/p>\n
Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure all retail locations are meeting design standards and delivering on the Under Armour brand experience.<\/p>\n
Represent Under Armour in a professional and positive manner in all interactions with external partners and stakeholders.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date with the latest store design technology and techniques, implementing them where appropriate to improve efficiency and effectiveness.<\/p>\n
Stay informed on global market trends and cultural differences to ensure store designs are relevant and appealing to diverse audiences.<\/p>\n

Job Qualifications<\/p>\n
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Store Design And Development, Preferably In The Retail Industry.<\/p>\n

Bachelor’s Degree In Architecture, Interior Design, Or Related Field.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Strong Understanding Of Global Market Trends And Consumer Behavior In The Retail Industry.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Executing Multiple Store Design And Development Projects Simultaneously.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
