Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers visiting the retail store.<\/p>\n
Utilize strong sales skills to drive and increase store revenue.<\/p>\n
Maintain a thorough understanding of all Under Armour products and services.<\/p>\n
Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs, providing product knowledge and recommendations.<\/p>\n
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the company.<\/p>\n
Create a positive and welcoming environment for customers, promoting brand loyalty.<\/p>\n
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed.<\/p>\n
Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.<\/p>\n
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.<\/p>\n
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, making recommendations for improvements to drive sales.<\/p>\n
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is meeting and exceeding sales targets.<\/p>\n
Complete all administrative tasks and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.<\/p>\n

Retail Sales Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Or Sporting Goods Industry. Experience With Customer Service, Product Knowledge, And Point-Of-Sale Systems Are Also Beneficial.<\/p>\n
